巴黎将于2024年夏季奥运会后将香榭丽舍大街变成“非凡花园”

的mayor of 巴黎 ，安妮·伊达尔戈（Anna Hidalgo）宣布了一项€250 million plan to revamp one of 的city’最著名的地标— 的champs-élysées. 通常称为 的most beautiful avenue in 的world, 的1.9km (1.2mile) long avenue will be transformed into an ‘extraordinary garden’，为巴黎人和游客提供了一个体验和沉思的地方。

由...设计 PCA流, 的makeover plans will not be set in motion before 的2024 summer olympics, as reported by 的guardian. 的plans include 的reduction of vehicles by half, transforming roads into green areas dedicated to pedestrians, and creating tunnels of trees that will help to improve 的overall air quality of 的area which is quite polluted — even more than 的frequented périphérique ring road.

‘the overall vision for 的district located between 的champs-élysées roundabout and 的arc de triomphe builds up 的quality of use over a period of ten years through 的reduction of nuisances (noise, heat, car traffic…）并提高舒适度（空气质量，还给行人的空间）…),’ PCA流说。 ‘the étoile intersection is reinvented as a public plaza geared towards tourists and 巴黎 ians who come to contemplate 的arc de triomphe. on 的avenue, 的promenade experience makes a comeback and flâneurs will be able to stroll up and down 的historic boulevard in an atmosphere greatly improved by 的reduction in motor traffic.’

最初由Andr于1667年提出é le nôtre as an extension of 的tuileries garden, 的parisian capital is really looking into bringing 的champs-élysées into 的21st century while restoring its glory. today it may be known as a polluted and congested consumerism site, but 的idea is to transform it into a green, ecological, desirable and even inclusive area. hidalgo also said this is not 的only project 巴黎 will see as there’s another one considering 的eiffel tower and its surroundings.
